The Range


We have a fantastic golf range in the centre of the track at Newbury Racecourse.  You can find us at RG14 7GG, follow the Racecourse signs for “Car Park 1”.  We are a self service golf range with 10 bays, great quality mats and balls and world class instruction.  The clubhouse is a converted double decker bus which offers a place to sit and shelter from the weather, buy a cold drink or enjoy a Nespresso coffee.  The range itself is 325 yards long with distance targets and great quality range balls. 

The range ball machine accepts credit/debit cards.  
You can also pay with coins (£1, £2, 50p coins only). Please bring your own coins as change cannot be provided.
Range Ball Prices
25 Balls = £2.50
50 Balls = £4
75 Balls = £5.50
100 Balls = £6.50
You can also buy a 10 bucket ‘digi’ discount card from Tim and save 20% on the 50 ball price.  
Card is preloaded with 10 x 50 balls and costs £32, contact Tim to arrange.

More than 15 years of making people better golfers

I am a PGA Golf Professional based in my home town of Newbury, Berkshire. 

I have been a golf professional for 20 years and in that time have competed on golf tours and in tournaments all over the world.

I run the golf driving range at Newbury Racecourse, and really enjoy meeting new clients and helping them solve golf problems. The best part of my job is seeing my clients smile when they hit exactly the golf shot they want to. 

I have a degree in Business Marketing, and also a Foundation degree in Professional Golf and was named All American Collegiate Golfer while attending University in America (golf scholarship)
